At Lisa Textiles Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations 2000).

Returned items must be sent back at your own cost and risk.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Made-to-measure products

• Custom-made products

• Special order items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

• Delivery charges for returning items are non-refundable.

• If products are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct recovery costs from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the products delivered are:

• damaged,

• defective,

• incorrect,

• or not as described,

please contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion:

• replace the products,

• resolve shortages or delivery issues,

• or issue a refund for the affected items.

Fabric samples are intended only as a representation of color and texture and may not fully display the complete design.

Due to screen settings and manufacturing variations, actual fabrics may differ slightly from website images or previously supplied samples.
